How it works

From “I should send a card” to it’s in the mailbox.

You choose who and what. We handle the writing, addressing, stamping, and mailing.

  1. 1

    Buy a pack of cards

Choose 10, 25, 50, or 100 cards. Personal Ink is the product available first. Each card you mail uses one credit. There’s no subscription and credits don’t expire, so you can send at whatever pace your agency actually has.

  2. 2

    Choose a recipient

Enter a client’s name and mailing address, or pick one you’ve saved. We mail within the United States.

  3. 3

    Choose or write the message

Start from one of our professionally written templates for new clients, referrals, reviews, birthdays, anniversaries, or no occasion at all. Make it yours, because every word is editable. You’ll preview the card before sending.

  4. 4

A real person writes it by hand

With Personal Ink, a person on our team physically handwrites your message in real ink on premium folded stationery, then addresses the matching envelope.

  5. 5

    We stamp and mail it

Each envelope gets an actual First-Class postage stamp and goes into the mail. You’ll see its status as it moves from submitted to mailed.

In the mailbox

Straight talk

Two ways to write a card. No mix-ups.

Personal Ink
Physically handwritten by a real person, with a real pen and ink. This is the product available first.
Signature Ink (coming soon)
Written with real ink using automated handwriting equipment, at a lower price. Not available yet, and we’ll say so until it is.
What “mailed” means
Your card was handed to USPS or deposited for collection. We don’t claim delivery dates we can’t verify.

Personal Ink is opening to founding agencies first. We confirm your start date, current turnaround, and terms before you buy.
