Who writes the cards?
Personal Ink cards are physically handwritten by a real person, with a real pen and real ink. Signature Ink, a lower-priced option that is coming soon, will be written with real ink using automated handwriting equipment. We’ll always tell you which is which.
What actually arrives in the mailbox?
A premium folded card with a matching envelope. The message is handwritten, the envelope is addressed, and it carries an actual First-Class postage stamp. It goes out through domestic USPS mail.
Can I edit the message?
Yes, every word. Start from one of our professionally written templates or write your own. You’ll preview the card before you send it.
How do packs work?
You buy a prepaid pack of 10, 25, 50, or 100 cards. Each mailed card uses one credit, and credits are specific to the product you bought: Personal Ink credits send Personal Ink cards. There is no subscription, and credits don’t expire.
Can I buy a pack today?
Personal Ink is the first product we’re launching, and founding agencies get access first. Request access and we’ll follow up with your start date, current turnaround, and terms before you buy.
What is Signature Ink?
A lower-priced option, coming soon, that uses automated handwriting equipment with a real pen and real ink. It is not available yet. Personal Ink is the product to choose today.
How long until a card is mailed?
We’ll share current turnaround times before you buy. We won’t guess at them here.
Is SendInked for independent or captive agents?
Either. SendInked works for any insurance agent or agency. We are not affiliated with any insurance carrier.
Do you connect to my agency management system?
Not at launch. SendInked is a card-sending service, not a CRM. You tell us who to write to and what to say.
Do cards include policy details?
They shouldn’t. Our templates are about the relationship: thank-yous, birthdays, anniversaries. Please keep policy numbers, premiums, and claim details out of your messages.
