Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy covers information you give SendInked through this website while we are in our founding-agency phase. We collect only what we need to respond to you.
What we collect
- Founding-agency and contact requests: your name, work email, agency name, and, if you choose to provide them, phone number, estimated monthly card volume, current agency management system, and message.
- How you found us: the page you submitted from, the pack you showed interest in, and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as
utm_source), if present. - Technical data for abuse prevention: to limit spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, and we count submissions per connection using a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address with your request.
- Aggregate visit counts: if enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.
We do not collect payment card information on this website, and we do not collect insurance policy information.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and tell you about start dates, current turnaround, and terms.
- To email you updates and offers about SendInked, as described below.
- To notify our team that a request arrived.
- To understand which parts of the site and which offers interest agencies.
By submitting the founding-agency form and ticking the consent box, you agree that SendInked may email you about your request and send you updates about SendInked and its products. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by sending a request through our contact form. We record the wording you agreed to and when. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it
We rely on service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, database storage, Turnstile, and optional analytics) and Resend (to deliver internal notification emails). They process data on our behalf.
Retention
We keep requests while we are in contact with you or evaluating the founding-agency program, and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete your information, send a request through ourcontact form and mention that it is a privacy request. We will verify it is you and respond.
Mailing recipients (future customers)
When paid accounts launch, agencies will give us their clients’ names and mailing addresses so we can mail cards. We will update this policy and our terms before that happens, including how recipient data is used, kept, and deleted. We will never use recipient data for our own marketing. Because Personal Ink cards are handwritten by people, members of our production team will see each recipient’s name, mailing address, and the message on the card.
Security
Data is stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure and transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we make no guarantee beyond reasonable care.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you directly.
This policy is a plain-language draft for the demand-validation phase and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid launch.
