These terms apply to your use of the SendInked website and to requests you submit to join our founding agencies. By using the site you agree to them.

About SendInked

SendInked is a card-sending service with two products. Personal Ink cards are physically handwritten by a real person with a real pen and ink. Signature Ink cards, which are coming soon and not yet available, will be written with real ink using automated handwriting equipment. Cards are addressed, stamped with an actual First-Class postage stamp, and mailed through domestic USPS. SendInked is not affiliated with any insurance carrier.

Purchasing is not open yet

This website does not currently sell card packs. Personal Ink will be offered to founding agencies first; Signature Ink is not available. Submitting a founding-agency request is not an order, does not create a purchase commitment, and does not reserve any pack, price, or production capacity. Credits, when sold, are specific to the product purchased and cannot be exchanged between products. Pack sizes and prices shown are our current plan and may change before sales begin. Before we accept any payment we will provide the final price, current turnaround times, cancellation and refund terms, and the full customer terms.

Your submissions

Information you submit must be accurate and must be yours to provide. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or automated requests, or attempt to interfere with the site or its protections.

Messages and recipients

When paid accounts launch, customers will be responsible for the content of their cards and for having the right to send mail to the recipients they provide. We may decline or hold content that is unlawful, harassing, or deceptive. Those terms will be presented in full before any purchase.

Mailing

“Mailed” will mean a piece was handed to the United States Postal Service or deposited for collection. We do not control USPS delivery and will not promise delivery dates.

Website content

The SendInked name, wordmark, and site content belong to SendInked. Message examples are shown to illustrate the service.

No warranty; limited liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, SendInked is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions can be sent through ourcontact form.

These terms are a plain-language draft for the demand-validation phase and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid launch.
